INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM THE UK

On the 9th January 2023, Royal Mail reported that they were experiencing severe service disruption to their international export services following a cyber incident.

On 18th January 2023, we went live with alternative solutions for international shipping.

What if my parcel was shipped before 9th January 2023:

• It should have made it successfully out of the country and we expect it to be delivered as normal.

What if my parcel shipped between the 9th and the 17th January 2023:

• If you have been sent a tracking number ending ‘GB’ then Royal Mail have it and have assured us that they will be able to deliver.
• Please expect a delay of up to 10 business days on your order arriving.

What if my parcel shipped from the 18th January 2023:

• Your order will have been shipped on our new service.
• Your tracking will end ‘NL’.
• Your goods should arrive in the standard delivery time from the date of dispatch.

Our shipping costs and delivery lead times are shown below. These cover any number of items in a single parcel. Delivery for personalised gifts & homeware is charged by weight. Price will be calculated on checkout.

IMPORTANT: Some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid - Print Clever is not responsible for any additional charges. Orders returned due to refusal to pay duty will not be refunded.

Covid Delays
Please be aware that there are still delays to international shipping due to the global pandemic. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on these orders.

Ordering for a Specific Date or Event
When ordering for a special day, whether it's for a birthday, concert or holiday. Please ensure that you leave plenty of time for us to get the goods to you. We ask that you allow a full 5 working days for us to ship your order and then add on the maximum shipping time to your destination to give your order the best chance of reaching you in time - refer to grid further down this page for information on shipping times.

When Will Your Order Leave?
As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.

Non-delivery
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
