Orders arriving in separate parcels
Your order may be produced and dispatched from more than one location, depending on where each product can be made. Items made at different facilities may arrive in separate parcels and on different dates.
You may receive separate dispatch confirmations and tracking links for different parcels associated with your original order number. Check the items listed in each dispatch confirmation and use the tracking link for that parcel. If only part of your order arrives first, the remaining items may still be in production or on their way. You do not need to place another order.
Production and delivery estimates apply to each shipment separately. Any product-specific preorder or release-date information still applies.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM THE UK
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Our shipping costs and delivery lead times are shown below. Your order may be sent in more than one parcel. Delivery for personalised gifts & homeware is charged by weight. Price will be calculated on checkout.
Additional Tax Information
IMPORTANT: Some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid - Print Clever is not responsible for any additional charges. Orders returned due to refusal to pay duty will not be refunded.
Covid Delays
Please be aware that there are still delays to international shipping due to the global pandemic. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on these orders.
Ordering for a Specific Date or Event
When ordering for a special day, whether it's for a birthday, concert or holiday. Please ensure that you leave plenty of time for us to get the goods to you. We ask that you allow a full 5 working days for us to ship your order and then add on the maximum shipping time to your destination to give your order the best chance of reaching you in time - refer to grid further down this page for information on shipping times.
When Will Your Order Leave?
As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from the relevant production facility, but at busy times this can be longer.
Non-delivery
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
