I have never left a negative review but I feel this might be the only way to get cs attention. I’ve written many times asking for a refund and I get emails it’s shipped. I get texts from unknown company I need to pay duty tax but it don’t say for who, what or where. Besides I’m not going to send money to an unknowing shipping company and you guys don’t advertise paying duty but the Order section does. I have still never received the BB tshirt and you guys can’t find it either. Last update was at an airport! This has gone on for months so I emailed and asked for a refund and no one from CS has addressed this. Please if someone from CS will refund my money, send me an email to verify it, I will go on about my merry way.
